Quality Assurance
Since 2000, Yemensoft has been certified according to the ISO
9001:1994 standard for software design, development, sales,
installation and services. All processes relating to the above
are vigorously controlled in compliance with these standards.
Thus, high expertise, standardized quality and stability of
execution are assured. The quality system has been enhanced in
2004 to comply with the ISO 9001:2000 standards. Moreover,
Yemensoft has started to implement the CMM-Level 3 international
standards which is currently followed by major international IT
companies such as Microsoft and InfoSys. |

The main aims of the
quality policy of Yemensoft are:
- Assuring the high quality of software, hardware and
services provided to customers.
- Ensuring that the quality requirements are determined
and satisfied throughout all phases of process and
activities.
- Ensuring that the services supplied to the customer meet
the customer's requirements.
- Commitment to apply and implement the documented
procedures that relate to the requirements of the
International Quality System ISO 9001:2000.
- Improving the workers efficiency and developing their
technical skills through periodical training.
- Continuous work to develop our systems by directing our
efforts and investments to achieve the state-of-the art
technology
These objectives are achieved by means of
clearly defined quality management system, which consists of
quality manual, procedures and forms that comply with the
requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2000. Such
quality manual and forms are mandatory and rigidly applied
throughout all process and activates to achieve sound
operational and quality assurance practices within the company.
All personnel have a responsibility for
quality. They are required to conform to the quality management
system. Personnel are encouraged to inform the quality manager
and management representative of any recommendations that may
lead to improve quality. |
