Yemensoft has always been a self-financing firm. The reasons
behind that are the reinvestment of the profits and continuous
improvement and development of the business. Since the
establishment of the company, our annual growth rate has
averaged around 170 %.
Yemensoft’s development is strongly tied in
with its expansion policy, which began in 2000 with its
participation in GITEX, the Middle East’s principal IT
exhibition held annually in Dubai. The action the company has
taken since then is ensuring its presence across the Middle
East. This action has helped us to maintain Yemensoft’s

A Pioneer in
Customer Services
Yemensoft believes that an IT solution without services is not a
full solution. Our support policy is based on offering all the
services that customers need to complement the computer
applications installed on their systems. For this reason, in
1998 Yemensoft commenced its pioneering 24-hour protection
services to customers requiring them, all year round.
The 24-hour protection services, which have
been integrated in all of Yemensoft’s products since then,
include:
- Technical Support: 24-hour support, all year round,
carried out by an adequate number of specialized technicians
- Web-based Support Center: Constantly
updated information to answer all customer questions about
using Yemensoft products and services.
